INAC’s participation: co-organizer, within the framework of the “A tour through the Senses. Uruguay Natural” project.
This demonstration gathered well-renowned Chefs of our country and Spain, who cooked live for 400 guests (governmental authorities, businessmen of the meat, wine, and tourism sectors, the press, among others). Besides enjoying the dishes prepared by the Chefs, the guests also tasted exclusive national products pairing with selected national wines.
