German team in Uruguay

Three prestigious chefs, two editors of gastronomy magazines, three businessmen and two referents of Block House, visited our country to get a closer look at our livestock production system and its meats.

This week, the President and Chef of INAC will leave to participate in Internorga 2017 in Hamburg, where there will be a night dedicated to Uruguayan cuisine. Internorga is a gastronomic fair that in 2016 received around 1,300 exhibitors and about 95,000 visitors from Germany and around the world.

The invitation for the INAC Chef Alvaro Verderosa to cook during the activity, arose during the tour of the German team last February.
