Promotion of Uruguayan Meats in Russia

A dinner with beef and sheep meat was offered at one of the leading hotels of the Russian capital city. For the promotion of Uruguayan meats, 100 kg of aged cube roll certified under the Uruguay Natural Club Program were prepared.

 

Together with the Uruguayan Embassy in Moscow INAC offered a tasting of Uruguayan meats and wines, accompanied by other national products such as cheeses and olive oil. This activity was held at Ararat Park Hyatt Hotel, opposite the Red Square of the Russian capital city.

 

At the same hotel, in the restaurant located at the last floor, there is a Uruguayan Meat Festival until February 17. A main course prepared with a 300-gram portion of cube roll and vegetables is included in the menu at a promotional price.

This year, apart from the promotion activities carried out at Prodexpo with the presence of 23 people from the meat sector and a delegation from INAC headed by its PresidenteAlfredo Fratti, there is also an official mission headed by the Livestock Minister Tabaré Aguerre, accompanied by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Uruguay XXI, INAVI, INALE, Exporters’ Associtation, Chamber of Commerce and delegates of the dairy, rice, wine, fisheries and tourism sectors, etc.
